You can make a difference for family stability.
Find, develop and fund heads-of-household who lack the skills to earn a sustainable living and wish to work. Maintain them at a level of sustainable living while they work and perform training for the skills required to earn at an independent, economically sustainable level.
Establish a private non-profit corporation and develop a model to move heads-of-household from financial dependency to economic self-sufficiency. Grow the concept from a privately funded non-profit to a widespread government-funded program.
President and CEO
Jack Tallman was born and raised in Union, New Jersey. He graduated from Seton Hall University and served as a Lieutenant with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Jack earned a graduate degree in business from Pace University. He worked as a manufacturing operations expert and troubleshooter for 30 years and subsequently formed his own consulting and training company in Detroit. For the next 10 years, his successful company helped business owners increase efficiency and profitability. Jack retired to Naples, Florida, in 2001. Jack’s concept arose from his own and others’ experiences with recurring unemployment in the declining US manufacturing environment of the time; jobs in that sector were being heavily outsourced to other countries. Jack’s idea to utilize the unemployment office to actually find jobs and training for the unemployed and underemployed and supplement their earnings to a level of subsistence was born. He enlisted a roster of acquaintances in various fields and formed a focus group to study national and local employment issues and work on ways to implement the idea, which is completely new.
